We seek a strong and strategic Lead Talent Management Specialist to drive end-to-end talent management, global talent and succession review process, and additional global talent initiatives.
What You’ll Do
As our new Lead Talent Management Specialist, you’ll be key in designing and implementing global talent practices that support business growth and employee development. You’ll lead initiatives that ensure we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time—while fostering a culture of growth, mobility, and inclusion.
You’ll collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and leaders across the organisation to co-create and deliver solutions that strengthen our talent pipeline and build future capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of end-to-end talent management strategies
Drive succession management to ensure strong leadership pipelines and readiness for critical roles.
Build and evolve a talent ecosystem that supports internal mobility, capability development, and career growth.
Lead the talent management track in our internal talent marketplace strategic project.
Partner with HR and business leaders to identify future talent needs and align strategies accordingly.
Continuously improve and simplify talent processes to deliver measurable impact and business value.
Use data and market insights to explore and implement innovative, inclusive talent practices.
Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives in leadership development, learning, DE&I, and employee engagement.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in talent management, succession planning, and talent projects in a global context.
Strong project leadership skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and a passion for people development.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work across cultures and influence at all levels of the organisation.
Preferably know how about internal talent marketplace solutions
This role can be based in Europe.
What we’re looking for
10+ years of progressive experience in regional/global HR or talent management and succession planning roles.
Proven track record in leading global talent or HR projects across multiple domains.
Strong program management skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and influence senior stakeholders.
Experience working with external vendors on large-scale global projects.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
