Help define and execute the Group Legal & IP strategy aligned with business objectives and risk appetite.

Act as a senior legal advisor to executive leadership and key global stakeholders.
Via your team of experts, provide advice and guidance on for instance competition law, data protection, trade sanctions, disputes and intellectual property.
Manage and lead complex, high-impact legal matters, including regulatory investigations.
Ensure relevant legal standards and governance.
Together with your team of experts serve as the primary legal partner and point of contact for certain central and global functions, including Procurement, Integrated IT and Group Marketing and Group Commercial.
Manage relationships with external counsel, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality support.Lead and mentor a legal and IP team of ~20 professionals across multiple jurisdictions. Have solid business acumen and ability to align legal strategy with enterprise objectives and risk appetite.
Demonstrate ability to manage complex, high-impact legal matters, including regulatory investigations and compliance issues.
Have exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience advising executive leadership.
Have high integrity, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Have fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
