Then you might be our new Senior Analyst!

We’re looking for an experienced RevOps Analyst to join our Revenue Strat[xxxxx]y & Operations team. In this role, you’ll be a strat[xxxxx]ic partner to Sales and Marketing leadership, helping shape how we plan, execute, and optimise our Go-To-Market strat[xxxxx]y while ensuring operational excellence and revenue assurance across the business.

You’ll own key initiatives from idea to execution, combining strat[xxxxx]ic thinking with hands-on operational improvements that directly impact growth.

Your Role: Drive Revenue Operations Excellence and Scalable Growth
As our RevOps partner for CPI, you will:

  • Identify process inefficiencies and operational risks, implementing controls that ensure revenue assurance.
  • Streamline workflows and optimise tools to increase seller productivity.
  • Design and execute key GTM initiatives, including s[xxxxx]mentation, territory alignment, resource planning, and quota setting.
  • Ensure sales frameworks align with company strat[xxxxx]y and organisational goals.
  • Drive forecasting excellence and support predictable ARR bookings and revenue growth.
  • Manage forecast governance, track performance indicators, and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Provide leadership with clear visibility into pipeline health and business performance.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights that influence leadership decisions.
  • Partner with BI teams to build dashboards and reporting frameworks in SFDC and BI tools.
  • Analyse performance trends and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Product, and IT on transformational projects.
  • Solve complex, multifaceted challenges with innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Operate independently while coordinating others when needed.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in Consulting, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Strat[xxxxx]y roles (SaaS/software experience is a plus).
  • Expertise in sales processes, data analytics, and revenue strat[xxxxx]y.
  • Strong ability to work independently and define your own priorities and methods.
  • Necessary technical skills using various software and platforms that enable data analysis and visualization, such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau. Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is critical.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and ensuring revenue assurance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, and fast-paced environments.
