Lead the development and optimization of bioactive ingredient formulations to improve solubility, stability, bioavailability, release, and sensory compatibility in beverage matrices.
Oversee analytical and formulation workflows, critically evaluating GC/LC(-MS) data, method validation, untargeted workflows, and stability datasets to support both ingredient development and health evidence generation.
Build and maintain a strong network with academia, CROs, and consortia to advance ingredient research and evidence generation.
Ensure compliance with EU/global food regulations and health-claim standards (e.g., EFSA), designing research and communication strategies that meet safety and regulatory requirements.
Provide scientific leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
