Join approximately 45 ICT, BIM, and digitalization specialists within ’s Buildings & Industry sector. We are located across Danmark with offices in Lyngby, Odense, Esbjerg, Vejle, Aarhus and Aalborg and are looking for new colleges for every office.
We are committed to delivering sustainable, high-profile projects throughout Denmark, with the goal of being a foremost consulting team in digitalization and BIM Management while closely collaborating with our customers. We are proud to have contributed to a wide range of complex and challenging projects for larger public- and private clients both as client consultants and as well as the design part within the pharma, health and hospitals. The industry sector, data centres, High-rises, culture centres and headquarters for international private companies.

’s Digital Management discipline is expanding across Denmark, and we’re seeking skilled professionals to strengthen our team in the building and industry sectors.
Open Positions:
- BIM Coordinator with 2 -3 years of experience with a focus on the design phase with potential to take the role as BIM Manager
- BIM Manager with +3 years of experience with an interest in client consulting / Employed in Aarhus
- Senior BIM Manager with +5 years of experience with a focus on the design phase
- Senior BIM Manager/client advisor with a focus on digital consultancy to large building owners
- BIM Manager with a focus on data, workflows and processes, preferably a master’s degree in Technology of Construction Management and Building Informatics with experience in dRofus, BriefBuilder or similar requirement management tools.

What We’re Looking For:
- Collaborative professionals motivated to build strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients.
- Proactive individuals open to innovative solutions and continuous learning.
- Effective planning, self-management, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of process workflows, CDE landscapes, and ICT agreements and contractual agreements eg. YBL18, YBB19, Molio standards.
- Skilled users of Revit, ACC, Dalux, Navisworks, and similar tools.
