Our new Strategic Project Manager will be responsible for driving the strategy processes as well as deployment together with the leadership team. The successful candidate will be heading projects ensuring implementation of new systems and digitalisation projects in close collaboration with skilled colleagues in the department and within the area. Working in an environment with a broad variety of stakeholders across the organisation will also be a part of this role. Apart from that, you will be responsible for: Driving the strategy processes and implementation locally in the department Driving and facilitating the digitalisation strategy in close collaboration with the department and the leadership team Act as Project manager and lead projects across the portfolio Clearly and timely communicate project requirements and status Proactively address & identify relevant projects Qualifications
To succeed in this role you preferably have an academic background and possess a masters´ degree. It could be within natural sciences, social sciences, engineering or similar, with experience in project management. Further experience include: Proven track record as successful project manager (min. 2 years) Demonstrated excellent ability to create overview and structure in complex projects and tasks Ability to work independently with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels Experience in working with Lean tools Knowledge about working in a GMP regulated environment as a plus As a person, we expect you to have excellent collaboration skills, be structured and reliable and to have an ability to stay calm and make the right decisions in a dynamic work environment. You are a team player and have a feel for communicating essential information to the right stakeholders at the right time. About the department
The department Purification Pilot Plant consists of 4 pilot facilities located in 2 different locations, and we are a part of API Pilots with responsibility to produce API for the clinical programmes at Novo Nordisk. In addition to manufacture of drug substance for pre-clinical trials, clinical trials and development purposes the department scales up purification processes from laboratory to pilot scale and contributes to optimisation of the protein purification processes. Purification Pilot Plant is key in linking research & production by transferring API processes and knowledge from research to Product Supply. Working at Novo Nordisk
