As our new colleague you will be part of the Global Learning Management System (LMS) department that is responsible for implementing a new LMS (One LMS) to the entire organisation which will be a game-changer in the way learning management is delivered today by ensuring our new system is user-centric, developed to support the business, digitally optimised and in compliance with external requirements. Some exciting things you will get to work on include: Acting as the UX partner, drive the UX track and setting the strategic UX direction for the One LMS Being responsible for UX progression and execution plans for the program including providing regular UX updates to Steering Committees and senior management Identifying unmet user needs, facilitate and discover solutions Driving the research, reviews, wireframing, sketching and mock-ups, journey maps, value propositions and related UX activities Facilitating user validation through e.g., usability testing as well as ensure learnings are documented in Figma to strengthen a streamlined approach Competencies on our radar As an ideal candidate you have: A master’s degree in Digital Design, Business IT or another relevant field At least +5 years of relevant experience delivering UX projects preferably in larger organizations Solid experience with Figma or other prototyping tools Skills to sketching and facilitating ideation sessions, workshops and you thrive working in an agile setting Fluency in English On a personal level you are an excellent communicator and able to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Besides this, you have a strong project manager attitude, delivering on time, within agreed scope and with high quality. You are passionate about driving the UX focus into digital and IT, about agile ways of working and eager to deliver value with your unique skillset. Since teamwork is essential for us, we expect you to be a team player who excels in a busy environment with a high degree of empowerment but comfortable with working independently as well. We welcome someone who also has a flair for graphical design, but it is not a requirement to be a graphical designer. About the UX team and Global LMS department The Global LMS department is newly established in Novo Nordisk and is anchored in the People and Organisation (P&O), Training & Capability Building. We work closely with other functional training areas within the organisation. The department is in a beginning state, and the team consists of 4 key professionals and we’re growing! It’s a fun and exciting work environment, where no two days are the same. You will be fully dedicated to the new Global LMS department; however, your position will be anchored in the DD&IT Staffs UX team consisting of 10-12 internal and external UX-UI designers, who each work for different projects in Novo Nordisk. The UX team also have student assistants who will support you with the recruitment of users and other tasks.
