As a Quality Assurance professional within our QA Validation team in Finished Production, you will play a key role in ensuring the compliance of our stakeholders by performing critical quality checks and assessments. You will identify and mitigate risks to maintain the highest level of quality and safety in our products.
In this role, you will work closely with your colleagues to strengthen the compliance of our stakeholders and verify the quality of our production. Your responsibilities will include reviewing deviations, approving change requests and SOP updates, and serving as the quality responsible for validation projects. Project that ensure high quality products as Ozempic and Wegovy for our patients. Qualifications You have an academic degree within Pharmacy, Engineering, Master of Science or equivalent As a person you dare to challenge us in our way of working and has a desire to take initiative as well as being responsible for your own learning Preferable (but not a requirement) you have experience in handling Deviations, Change request, SOP updates or other GMP related tasks Preferable (but not a requirement), you have worked with validation – either as QA or supporter You have a structured approach to your work and always see your tasks through You find energy in handling daily routine tasks, larger projects and in contributing positively to the well-being and balance of the team You have a strong sense of quality, are ambitious and ready to be part of our on-going effort to improve our high standards Fluent English skills required because we work globally About the department
Our department is located in Hillerød and consists of six teams. This team is responsible for ensuring the best quality and compliance level in our production of Finished Product (FP) by constantly improving the processes to support the patients´ needs. You will be part of a team consisting of 14 dedicated colleagues who are proud of the inclusive work environment we maintain and a share an interest in creating ambitious results through collaboration and curiosity. The team consists of both very experienced colleagues and newly educated. We are part of both the deviation reduction journey, and changes that improve the production lines and processes. In addition, we are also a key resource in the new Production expansion, which will involve the establishment of four new production lines within the next three years. This is a rare opportunity to be involved in establishing a production line from the start. We focus on balancing development of skills and competencies through continuous feedback and challenging tasks, and prioritizing good social relations to make room for fun at work. In addition, we continue to have quarterly get-togethers, which may involve a simple walk and talk, a game, or a dinner. Working at Novo Nordisk
