We are looking for a person with a strong business perspective and with a strategic ability to understand and navigate across the complex stakeholder landscape of the API production and QA organisation. We are also looking for a person that can lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver their best. Furthermore, you can develop the people you have around you, and create a high level of commitment for your employees and you use feedback as an effective tool.
You are comfortable being challenged by more senior stakeholders you have a high level of curiosity and customer perspective that enables you to integrate different perspectives in the decision-making process on how to create high class business support to develop and have impact on our business. Experience in previous managerial roles is considered a plus.
You are well organised and create strong results by engaging your employees in taking pride in delivering on their objectives. Your ability to communicate clear and collaborate is highly required. • Work with developing high class business support to leverage our QA business
• You have strong leadership skills and have the ability take the lead, make decisions, and focus on deliverables while developing your team
• Strong competencies within customer focus, developing the support and seeking influence to make an impact
• Possess extraordinary communication skills, and express yourself clearly and distinctly in both Danish and English
• Master’s degree within business, finance or equivalent About the department
Our department, API QA Business Support, is in Kalundborg and consists of 15 dedicated and highly talented employees.
Our team, API QA Business Support covers project management, Finance, data intelligence, IT/digitalisation, audit/inspection and training across API QA.
In API QA Business Support our primary purpose is to deliver high class Business Support to our organisation in API QA. We have a diverse stakeholder group and work across the Novo Nordisk organisation, to try to have influence on our areas of expertise and improve the business.
