We are looking for a senior and experienced Track Lead with strong impact and political skills to be part of the new global Master Data Management (MDM) transformation program.

The program aims to design enterprise processes for MDM governance and MDM systems in , and will address challenges originating from decentralized data oversight, fostering a unified and efficient approach to master data management at . The program is endorsed by the EVP (Executive Vice President) of PSQIT and will run across several areas in , including Development, Product Supply, IT, and Quality.
As a Global Track Lead for the Quality organisation, you will: Work closely with the program lead of the MDM transformation and other track leads. Represent the Quality organization while overseeing the quality and compliance of the designed MDM processes. Ensure alignment across EVP areas and involve relevant Quality areas and Corporate Vice Presidents when needed. Play a leading role in the handover to the functions operating master data, including support for change management and process adherence. Lead the alignment of QA roles and responsibilities related to the MDM processes. Take a leading role in process landscape architecture and act as an approver of policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at the enterprise level. Qualifications

However if you can identify with the following attributes, you could be the person we are looking for: Strong understanding of compliance processes and Master Data Management (MDM) is essential Ability to lead cross-functional projects/tracks and ensure alignment across different areas, preferably in a global setting. Excellent communication, argumentation, and stakeholder management skills. Not afraid to convey unpopular messages. A relevant academic background and several years of experience, e.g., as management consultant, leader or in a similar role. About the Department
You will join the newly established PMO anchored under Product Supply Quality. The atmosphere is open, dynamic, and collaborative, and we are located at our headquarters, where we work closely with various stakeholders to achieve our goals. However, in this role you will also spend up to three days per week in Ørestaden, where the program is anchored. Working at
