Providing guidance for the prioritization of training improvements on behalf of the SVP area. Leading process performance, compliance, and improvements in your role as Area Process Manager. QualificationsWe are looking for a candidate with:Minimum 4 years’ experience working with GxP processes, Quality Management, and content control. Bachelor’s degree or higher within learning science, business administration, human resources, or equivalent. Experience in facilitating learning and training activities. Background in relevant operations, combined with a flair for learning activities. Relevant LEAN certification, preferably at least LEAN 2-star level. Experience in pharmaceutical production or a similar industry. Familiarity with LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement practices. Experience with change management and stakeholder management at different organisational levels. As a person you possess a user-centric mindset and are a valuable team player, known for your collaborative can-do attitude. You are innovative, systematic, data driven, service and team oriented. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to work efficiently with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation. To excel in this position, you should be driven by taking on unformal leadership in your daily work and be energized by working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and topics simultaneously. Last but not least, you are pragmatic and curious with the ability to make independent decisions whenever it is needed.About the departmentOur department, NNQ P&O Training, operates within NNQ People & Organisation and drives training initiatives across . Our responsibilities have expanded from developing and overseeing our central training offering to NNQ, to encompassing more central training activities across NN. Currently, our department consists of 16 skilled colleagues organised in two teams, Training Academy and Training Projects. You will be a part of the leadership team reporting into the Department Manager/SVP Training Partner.We engage in diverse and exciting tasks and projects across the organization, fostering an ambitious, motivated, and dedicated working environment. You will play a crucial role in aligning training initiatives with our strategic objectives, driving continuous improvements in our training systems and processes to meet the ever-changing needs of the business. In collaboration with SVP and CVP Training Partners and Professionals, you will develop and implement an innovative training strategy that leverages training as a strategic business tool, addressing complex challenges and boosting overall business performance. As the Training Specialist, you will lead the implementation and realization of training enhancements, providing guidance to training professionals at the SVP and CVP levels on training-related matters. You will champion a culture of learning and development throughout the organization. Your active engagement on the shop floor will involve mentoring colleagues and identifying opportunities to utilize training as a solution for business challenges, employing an investigative and solution-oriented mindset.In your capacity as Area Process Manager, you will spearhead the Training Process Group within the Quality Organization, ensuring alignment with the Corporate Process Group's direction and initiatives. By monitoring training compliance and operational performance, you will ensure that our training processes are effective and aligned with the broader objectives of .
