Apply now for a life-changing career!The positionAs a Finance Partner, you will be responsible for the financial management of a dedicated line of business area.Some of your responsibilities will be to:
  • Provide financial and strategic support to a global line of business, including exposure to and membership of organisational leadership teams
  • Lead Financial planning processes and guide the resource allocation in line of business, and at overall R&ED level
  • Provide financial and strategic support to business cases with R&ED value creation in mind
  • Drive financial insights to inform decision making
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to senior management
    • You will also be involved in various optimisation and improvement projects, as well as preparing ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders in both the R&ED organisation and Business Finance.This is a great opportunity to gain a strong finance toolbox, get a deep understanding of the R&ED value chain, interact with both finance and non-finance stakeholders across the organisation, get insights into the strategic priorities in R&ED, and experience a steep learning curve, which enables numerous future career opportunities in the global [xxxxx] organisation.Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics, but to hold a Master’s degree will be preferrable.
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong analytical skills, while good at keeping an eye for the overall purpose
  • Clear and precise communication with people at all levels in the organisation
  • Fluency in both, written and spoken English.
    • About the DepartmentR&ED Finance is part of [xxxxx] Business Finance and is responsible for the financial management of the R&ED organisation and projects in our early research pipeline. In R&ED Finance you will be part of a young and ambitious team consisting of 24 dedicated employees across Denmark and USA, supported by colleagues from Global Business Services in India.Our overall ambition is to create impact through Finance Partnering to our stakeholders by combining strong financial competencies with a solid understanding of the business in which we operate.
