About the role | Part-time Strategy Analyst
This position offers a unique opportunity to develop and strengthen your problem-solving and analytical skills by working closely with consultants and project leaders on strategic initiatives across the Tryg Group.
Tasks and responsibilities may include:
The expected workload is approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility around exam periods. We also offer the opportunity to be staffed full-time on projects.
About You
We are looking for curious and motivated students who enjoy working in teams and are eager to learn. Since we work in small, close-knit teams on a variety of projects, we value proactive and engaged team members who are comfortable taking initiative.
Ideally, you thrive both socially and academically. Experience from previous student jobs and/or involvement in student organizations is highly valued, though not essential.
You enjoy working in a structured way, have a sharp eye for detail, and feel confident tackling analytical tasks. We appreciate individuals who take ownership, are comfortable managing responsibility early on, and are open to giving and receiving feedback.
You are a native speaker of Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish, and fluent in English. Prior experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and ChatGPT (or similar tools) is an advantage.

As a part-time Strategy Analyst, you will work directly with an ambitious team with backgrounds from tier-one consultancies (e.g., McKinsey & BCG), investment banks, other C25 companies, and top-tier universities such as HEC and LSE.
You’ll become part of a skilled and driven team with a strong focus on personal and professional development, inspired by a consultancy-style feedback culture. In other words, we’ll help you start building your consulting toolbox while you’re still a student.

- Conducting commercial analyses, such as industry assessments and competitive benchmarking
- Analyzing data, testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations for senior Tryg executives
- Independently managing project workstreams with support from senior consultants
- Creating clear and compelling visual communication for top management
