As a Digital Transformation Director at [xxxxx], you will be a key driver in accelerating our growth with digital transformation and ERP solutions. You will act as a player-coach, executing sales, identifying business opportunities, and serving as a strategic sparring partner. You will operate at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with leadership and our skilled delivery organization.
Your responsibilitiesYour responsibilities
  • Own and deliver customer engagements with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and digital transformation
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in close collaboration with [xxxxx] stakeholders
  • Facilitate and participate in customer meetings, need assessments, and proposal processes
  • Develop strategies and go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with the VP and leadership team
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers, focusing on business development, value creation, and technological maturity
  • Collaborate with the delivery organization to ensure onboarding and project execution
  • Provide strategic sparring with the VP and leadership team on strategy, market trends, business models, and partnerships

    Qualification and Experience
    You bring solid experience as a Management Consultant, or similar role with a proven track record in business development. Furthermore, you have:Qualification and Experience
  • Insight into digital transformation, ERP, and the Microsoft ecosystem, preferably with specific experience in Dynamics 365
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong operational capabilities; you thrive on having hands-on
  • Strong relationship builder with impact and negotiation skills at C-level
  • Motivated by creating growth, new solutions, and developing both customers and the organization
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written
    • Insight into digital transformation, ERP, and the Microsoft ecosystem, preferably with specific experience in Dynamics 365Strategic mindset combined with strong operational capabilities; you thrive on having hands-onStrong relationship builder with impact and negotiation skills at C-levelMotivated by creating growth, new solutions, and developing both customers and the organizationFluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written
