is undergoing rapid development expected to continue - creating a dynamic and exiting workplace with lots of development possibilities. Our new student will join the marketing team in ’s Healthcare & Citizen Welfare division - a business area dedicated to delivering software solutions that support among others public sector, member organizations and healthcare across the Nordics.
In this role, you’ll become part of an international setup with colleagues across Nordics and India, and you’ll collaborate closely with both marketing specialists, sales & product teams and external partners. You’ll get responsibility for your own tasks from day one, and you’ll play an active role in strengthening our brand and supporting commercial activities across our markets. We work very professional with marketing and are already far when it comes to AI usage in our daily work. You will be working from the office in Ballerup.

It is a requirement that you are fluent in Danish. Experience with tools like Salesforce, Dato CMS, Canva, Linkedin and AI tools is a plus - but not a requirement. We’ll make sure you receive the guidance you need to grow your skills.
What can you expect from us?
Weekly hours: approx. 15 hours – flexible working hours with the possibility to increase or decrease during exam periods and holidays. You must be able to be present at the Ballerup office at least 1 day a week. We recognize that your studies come first, and your student job is meant to support your education – not the other way around.

Your Role: Executing campaigns, webinars and events for Public Sector and Member & Lal BUs
As our new student assistant, your tasks will include:
- Creating content such as landing pages, videos, emails and text using our own AI tool AIMY.
- Working with our graphical team to layout various content.
- Execution of digital marketing campaigns – primarily on LinkedIn.
- Supporting webinars, events and other lead‑generating activities.
- Helping maintain and update our websites and marketing automation flows.
- Working with our colleagues in India on campaign execution, analytics and web updates.
- Administrative and ad hoc tasks like data quality and analysis, preparing for events etc.
We imagine that you:
- Are currently studying marketing, communication or digital media.
- Are in the middle of your studies (in your fourth or fifth semester).
- Can work 15 hours pr week – and minimum 1 day at the office in Ballerup.
- Have a strong interest in the field of marketing and want to get practical experience.
- Have a hands‑on approach and are ready to take responsibility for your own campaigns and tasks.
- Are structured, proactive, take initiative and able to work independently.
- Not afraid to take on less exciting tasks.
- Have a positive mindset and can communicate with all types of people – also in English.
