Fire Specialist

CBRE GWS is looking for at Fire Specialist to be responsible for the compliance and the function of the fire-related installations at all our client LEGO System A/S’ locations in Billund. You will be part of a large Facility Management team overseeing all daily operations.

What You’ll Do:


  • Oversee building operations involving fire safety and emergency response planning.
  • Develop and implement fire security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Act as the point of contact for ongoing communication with the client about site operations.
  • Investigate, report, and maintain records of incidents on the properties including but not limited to fire-related systems, alarms, and other emergencies.
  • Ensure maintenance regimes for all fire equipment in the CMMS system are up to date, and documentation is according to legislation as well as contractual obligations.
  • Protect the organization and clients from damage and loss by providing training on fire safety, emergency response, and first aid.
  • Gather intelligence on potential threats and implement preventative measures to mitigate risks.
  • Stay up to date with innovative technologies and advancements within fire services.


What You’ll Need:


  • Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, or similar).
  • Technical background.
  • Work experience within fire engineering +5 years and relevant certifications.
  • Proactive and constructive approach to all topics for this position.
  • Ability to handle complicated and difficult information and challenges.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and CMMS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written Danish and English.
  • A "Can do” attitude and service mindset towards our client.
  • Structured approach and ability to juggle many tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the CMMS system “Planon” is an advantage.
