EMEA Finance Lead

Are you an experienced finance professional looking for your next step? Because we at CBRE GWS are looking for an EMEA Finance Lead. You will play a key role in the financial management of one of our largest accounts in the Nordics partnering with one of the biggest brands in the world. In the role will you work closely with the Country Operations Team, the Global Finance Team and stakeholders across the region to ensure strong financial governance, accurate reporting and continuous improvement to create winning outcomes for our clients.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for financial leadership on the account in Denmark which is one of the largest markets and still growing. You will act as a strategic partner to the business and ensure that financial processes, reporting cycles and governance are reliable and well-structured.

You will take ownership for the monthly reporting process, including P&L, forecasts and balance sheet integrity, while ensuring compliance with global standards. You will also work with regional and global finance teams to drive improvements and support performance across the account.

You will be responsible for developing high quality and effective Client relationships in the EMEA region

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Strengthen financial processes, controls and governance.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve potential business risks, as well as opportunities and solutions to enhance business performance.
• Lead and influence the team to drive more effective contract governance, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the terms and conditions of the contract.
• Maintain compliance with SOX and global procedures.
• Collaborate closely with local, regional and global stakeholders.
• Produce ad-hoc financial analysis and respond to stakeholder requests.
• Constantly drive EMEA team’s improvement in quality, service, and efficiency

Your profile

You have solid experience from a senior finance role and enjoy working in a global and complex environment. You work analytically, communicate clearly and collaborate naturally across functions.

We expect that you:

• Are fluent in English and Danish
• Have strong Excel skills
• Work proactively, structured and with high attention to detail
• Communicate clearly and build trust with stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience from the FM industry
• Experience from a large international company
• Knowledge of finance systems
