<p>We invite you to bring your expertise into play, as you assist our Traffic and Roads department with many different tasks within infrastructure, such as road construction and traffic planning.</p><p>To succeed in this role, you must have an interest in road and infrastructure planning and design, and you must have knowledge of the Danish road standards and a great interest in new knowledge. Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies, and people around the world.</p><p> </p><p><strong>You will join our Traffic and Roads department</strong></p><p>As our new engineering trainee in the Traffic and Roads department, with offices in Vejle and Esbjerg (you are free to choose your place of employment), you will be part of a strong technical team of around 20 colleagues. Here you can work on your own, with the necessary guidance near at hand. This way you will be guaranteed a steep learning curve and can get the best out of your internship. You will also be part of a department that works largely across the units at Ramboll – both disciplines and geography.</p><p>In general, at Ramboll we want our trainees to continue as interns, so we can keep in contact during the last part of the study, and possibly to be permanent employees after the education.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Planning of infrastructure projects</li><li>Design of road projects in CAD (optimally MicroStation)</li><li>Assistance with preparation of tender documents</li><li>Participation in supervision of road and construction projects</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development. For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>Bachelor of Engineering student with an interest in and flair for infrastructure and traffic planning</li><li>Good examination marks</li><li>Communication skills in Danish and English</li></ul><p>To succeed in this role, you must be an engineering student with more than 2 years’ experience of studying and have a strong theoretical background within traffic planning and road design.
