Your position
In your new position as Consultancy Manager in the Transitional Energies division, you will be a key player in delivering high-quality consultancy services that accelerate the global energy transition. You will join a team of dedicated professionals whose mission is to provide expert consultants to clients across the energy sector. Your strategic mindset and market insight will drive growth and help expand our reach in a fast-evolving landscape.
At Semco Maritime, safety is a core value, and in this role, you will contribute to maintaining and promoting a strong safety culture while delivering innovative and tailored solutions. Above all, your work will make a real change for the global energy sector.
Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – views do not get any better than this. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel approximately 10–30 days per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As a Consultancy Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing client relationships, and guiding your team to success.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Crafting and executing sales strategies to strengthen market position
- Conducting market analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities
- Building and nurturing client relationships through tailored consultancy solutions
- Managing project resources and scheduling to align with changing demands
- Supporting and adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards in all activities
Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and organised leader with strong commercial acumen and a passion for the energy industry. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are motivated by creating results through teamwork and strategy.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- Extensive experience in sales and/or people management in the energy sector
- A technical background relevant to the energy industry (preferred)
- A strong network within the energy sector
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
