Install, repair, and test complex manufacturing systems to maintain process efficiency. Review technical specifications and perform scheduled and preventive maintenance of mechatronic systems, modules, and components. Troubleshoot, identify, and repair large equipment and systems to prevent problems and failures. Work with machine operators to detect equipment problems, identify malfunctions, and verify system problems. Develop work plans for emergency repair of critical assets. Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. Relevant technical education and 1-2 years of job-related experience. Previous experience with automated conveyor systems and controls, material handling equipment, blueprints and schematics. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Relevant technical education and 1-2 years of job-related experience.Previous experience with automated conveyor systems and controls, material handling equipment, blueprints and schematics.Basic math skills.
