You will join a team of four highly skilled colleagues who have extensive experience in data, processes and HR. You will be reporting to the Head of P&C Data Excellence and Operations.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Design and implement data governance frameworks that will enable future AI and automation initiatives
- Create the standards and processes that will ensure data quality across our global operations
- Support our GDPR compliance efforts, protecting both our employees and organization
- Enable data-driven decision making through robust data quality management
- Build the foundation for future advanced analytics and AI implementations
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?
- Proven experience (min. 3-5 years) in data management within HR/Finance/Commercial
- Deep understanding of GDPR and data protection regulations Strong process design and documentation skills
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear standards
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Background in HR data management or similar understanding of HR data preferred
- Change management experience
- We welcome candidates with educational backgrounds in HR, IT or related fields, highlighting that this role is not solely legal-focused. Experience with IT projects involving employee data is an advantage
