KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and maintaining data pipelines that deliver refined, high-quality data to our Enterprise Information Management platform
- Consolidating and transforming data from multiple internal and external systems for planning and analytics use
- Supporting and enhancing our data warehouse infrastructure, ensuring consistency and reliability of source data
- Applying data validation rules, quality checks, and governance standards throughout the pipeline
- Implementing and maintaining monitoring, alerting, and documentation to ensure system transparency and stability
- Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to continuously improve workflows, tools, and technical practices

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, including dimensional modeling, star schemas, and snowflake schemas.
- Proficiency in designing and optimizing data models for analytics and reporting.
- Solid experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools for data integration and transformation.
- Knowledge of advanced data modeling techniques, such as slowly changing dimensions (SCD) or change data capture (CDC).
- Advanced proficiency in T-SQL for querying and managing data in relational databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, particularly their data warehousing and BI tools (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, or Google BigQuery).
- Understanding of data governance, quality, and security best practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical data models and BI solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Clear communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
SUPPLEMENTARY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA data structures, SAP BDC, or Datasphere.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks or Microsoft Fabric for data warehousing or analytics.
- Familiarity with o9 Solutions or similar planning platforms.
- Exposure to planning-related use cases such as forecasting, supply chain, or financial analytics.
- Interest in automation, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure-as-code for data warehousing.
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar for building dashboards and visualizations.
