CBRE GWS needs a QHSE Manager for Billund

Your primary responsibilities and tasks in this role include:

  • Managing CBRE GWS internal QHSE programs and initiatives while ensuring compliance with relevant local legislation.
  • Reporting and managing the investigation of incidents and accidents from occurrence to closure.
  • Administering and monitoring employee and contractor safety in accordance with CBRE's contractor management process.
  • Overseeing QHSE plans, logs, self-assessments, and audit processes, ensuring documentation is current, complete, and regularly updated.
  • Managing port observations and QHSE performance reporting for the account.
  • Supporting effective business communication through advising, reviewing, leading, and directly contributing to management and team meetings, briefings, forums, correspondence, mentions, monthly and ad-hoc reporting, and other publications as needed.
  • Establishing good relationships and close collaboration with the client's EHS department to support their strategy.
  • Monitoring and advising on all QHSE issues, questions, and concerns to ensure the company complies with legal requirements, company and contractual obligations, and good industry practices.
  • Collaborating with Supply Chain regarding QHSE issues, ensuring that their expectations are met.
  • Managing and monitoring PPE, equipment, and tool controls, etc.
  • Reporting the company's QHSE performance to the management team and regulatory authorities as needed.
  • Monitoring all legal changes and managing the implementation in the company's standards.
  • Conducting QHSE training using internal and external resources as necessary.
  • Maintaining awareness of developments in industry QHSE regulations and best practices, and how they can be applied to the company's operations.
