The Master Data Department is responsible for all matters rEGarding our Master Data stratEGy, which plays an important and crucial part of the overall stratEGy for EG.
We are at the very bEGinning of an ambitious journey to build a world-class Master Data setup within the company and as our Master Data Developer you will be an important resource in the continues development and maintenance of our Master Data System (Profisee) and process, together with three other competent colleagues.
We have a complex system landscape within the company that consist of many subsidiaries and Business units. There are equally many requirements and demands on our Master Data setup which require us to be agile, creative, and very good at finding solutions to many complex problems and challenges. Our technology stack includes:
Your workday and your tasks
You will help our Senior Master Data Architect implement new features and functionalities, processes and intEGrations. As mentioned, we are at the bEGinning of an ambitious journey, so we have a long backlog of tasks, features and functionalities we want to implement. There will be a lot of development done in SSIS as well as preparing and maintaining prober documentation of our systems.
We are very keen on the philosophy of continues improvement, so everything that we do needs to take, not only the current requirements into account, but also possible future requirements. We want to implement a prober architecture that facilitates future growth and development.
As part of a team you are not alone, and you will participate in:
You will report to the Director of the Master Data Department, but on the daily basis you will follow our Senior Master Data architect and help her with the task at hand. We have a high focus on the continues development of our employees and you will be given all necessary education, training and time to further develop your skillset and lean from some of the best within the field of Master Data and Data Warehouse.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate has a prober Bachelor-level education within IT and Data architecture at a minimum. You have good knowledge of SQL Server and experience with Master Data system and architecture is appreciated but not required.
You have strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and analyze complex structure and Data Models. You have good communications skills and high-level English proficiency is required.
The ideal candidate can work from any of our locations in all of our countries.

- Implementing new feature and functionality in our Master Data Management System (Profisee).
- Maintaining current Master Data objects.
- Oversee the operation and performance of the system.
- Fix errors, identify and implement performance improvement.
- Gather and understand requirements and participate in preparing the solution architecture for new solutions, features and functionalities.
You will report to the Director of the Master Data Department, but on the daily basis you will follow our Senior Master Data architect and help her with the task at hand. We have a high focus on the continues development of our employees and you will be given all necessary education, training and time to further develop your skillset and lean from some of the best within the field of Master Data and Data Warehouse.
The ideal candidate
