The position
In this exciting position you will be member of the management team in Packaging 3mL Department where you will be responsible for a team of high performing supporters. The team supports three packaging lines operating 24/7.Your main tasks will be:Supporting the lines in an efficient way before, during and after production Ensure preventive and corrective support and training in compliance with internal and external requirements Handling quality cases (e.g. deviation handling), customer complaints and all our batch review to ensure fast release of our products Working in close collaboration especially with the other support teams and the line managers in our area Setting the direction for the team and ensuring that we improve our quality in accordance with cGMP, to ensure that the department is able to supply patients all over the world.
As a manager you are open, loyal and honest and you enjoy creating results and a stable production through great planning and collaboration. You are not afraid of challenging status quo even though you hear “we have always done it like this, and we know it works”.You manage to set clear expectations and tangible goals and communicate them clearly, ensuring that everyone knows how to be successful in their role. You are reaching your goals through your empowering management and development of your employees in a team where social cohesion is strong and the team is spending their time together also outside of work in some occasions.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:You have an academic background, minimum a bachelor’s degree You have minimum two years of managerial experience within production, preferably within pharmacy or similar You have a strategic, innovative, and analytical mind-set Preferably proven experience with systematic problem solving and LEAN You have a strong people leadership track record You are fluent in both English and Danish
As a leader you are structured, effective, and consistent in the execution and follow-up on daily assignments. You have strong communication skill and can building strong professional relationships.You have a general understanding of what it takes to lead people that supports a 24/7 production – meaning you also have the ability to be flexible to support both the production, audits/inspections and also your employees in the best way.
You know how to implement simple, effective systems and processes that work with the people using the systems. Additionally, you know that involvement is key to obtain ownership and empowerment.About the department
AM Hillerød is an ambitious and business-critical area within our Finished Product with approximately 1500 employees. You will become a part of our Finished Product area, where millions of both FlexTouch and FlexPen pens are packed from our packaging lines and delivered to patients all over the world. The department consists of approximately 180 dedicated employees divided into 9 teams. We focus on cLEAN and work purposefully to optimize our processes. We value collaboration, good relationship, a strong quality mind-set and openness.
