Apply and join us on our exiting journey to develop world class state-of-the-art manufacturing IT in .The positionYou will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day usage, operation, and maintenance of the IT/OT system and/or services. Providing user training and support as needed and provide a single point of contact, liaison and escalation for all system and service-related matters.The tasks include:The operation and maintenance of the IT components within Computerized Equipment on our production lines in AM Hillerød. Stakeholder management managing the expectations of the system users regarding their use and corresponding requirements to the system. Configuration and access management. Planning, driving and ensuring systematic periodic reviews within the scheduled timelines. Driving and reporting regarding LCM, IT risk assessments, IT security planning and patching. Representing and acting as focal point for the system during audits and inspections. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or other relevant education. 3-5 years of experience within operation and maintenance of IT/OT systems, preferably from IT companies, the pharmaceutical industry, or the finance sector. Experience with production, IT Projects, administration of IT systems, GMP understanding and knowledge of ITIL and GAMP. Fluency in written and spoken English. As a person, you take ownership of your tasks, demonstrating the ability to plan, prioritize, and drive them from start to finish. You are structured, analytical, and have a strong quality mindset, ensuring thorough and efficient execution. A true team player, you willingly share information, workload, and experience, fostering a collaborative environment. With a positive attitude and a good sense of humour, you build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels, effectively managing cross-functional interactions to achieve shared goals.About The Department
You will join the IT & Automation area in DD&IT PS AM (Digital, Data & IT - Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing) in Hillerød. We have more than 85 employees in the unit, and you will be part of a team with a great atmosphere and team spirit. We are a group of people with various backgrounds, but we all have in common to support the production and help each other, have a good time and to make a big difference.
Our way of working is informal and ambitious at the same time. We expect strong collaboration and good team spirit where we also value great sense of humor even when we are working under pressure.
