Primary Packaging Development: Development of primary packaging systems for parenteral administration, such as cartridges/syringes/vials from early project initiation phase to submission to marketDocumentation: prepare and review technical documentation, specifications; support material selection and production readinessSystem & Risk Management: act as system responsible, conduct risk assessments, create interface specifications and tolerance chain calculations, and review CCI/IH documentationProcess & Regulatory Support: Lead regulatory updates, drive process improvements, deliver training and mentoring of colleaguesTechnical Leadership: Drive cross functional technical collaboration, act as subject matter expert, coordinate tasks, and collaborate with internal teams and external partnersYou will work closely with Device development and maintenance, Production and Supply Chain, as well as external partners and/or CMOs. We will embrace you with a constructive and collaborative mindset challenging your ideas and providing highly competent sparring.You will join a team of highly skilled and ambitious development engineers working closely with our specialists and project managers, all of whom are dedicated to developing and implementing primary packaging solutions in [xxxxx].Your skills & qualifications We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:A master’s degree with 5-7 years of experience, or a Bachelor with 8-11 years of experience with primary packaging for pharmaceutical products or development of medical devices/combination products A PhD with 3-4 years of similar experience can be an advantageExperience in several of the following areas: development of medical devices or combination products, container closure systems, mechanical design, concept development, robust design methods, supplier collaboration, and project coordinationStrong adaptability and ability to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic project environmentFluency in both written and spoken EnglishAs a person, you are motivated by working in a technical environment, working structured with development and with a focus on systematic problem solving. .
