Then this is your opportunity to take your career to the next level as Associate Manager at our Novo Nordisk production site in Hjørring called Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing. The position You will be Associate Manager of one of our packaging teams managing around 30 dedicated employees. The team is responsible for packaging of pen needles. As our new Associate Manager, you will lead by example, set the direction and be present on shopfloor. You will be a part of the management team in the packaging department, where you are responsible for providing clear prioritisations in close collaboration with your co-workers. You must support your employees in their daily efforts to solve tasks and challenges. In close collaboration with other departments and teams at our site, you will shape a working environment that creates job enthusiasm and matches the requests and capabilities of your team. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you: · have at least 3 years of leadership experience · are confident in working with stakeholders at various levels within an organisation · have a degree in engineering – bachelor, master or similar is recommended · have excellent stakeholder management skills · are fluent in English and Danish. We work in a dynamic and challenging environment with short deadlines, so you must be able to prioritise and take responsibility for quality and regulatory requirements – also when the solution is not obvious. You can work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of independence in prioritisation and planning execution. About the department You will be a part of the packaging department where we are just above 100 people. You will have a workday with a large degree of independence but at the same time, you will have the chance to work closely with highly skilled colleagues across the organisation. Your team consists of around 30 employees and is responsible for manning and running some of our packaging machines.The team is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance and manufacturing development. We are organised in eight departments and with app. 475 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
