Develop and implement administrative schedules to ensure the effective use of employees. Provide process optimisation using lean and six sigma methodologies. Report on weaknesses, ineffective procedures, policy exceptions, and discrepancies, recommending appropriate corrective actions. Offer change management assistance, development of coaching skills, process analysis, technology implementation, strategy development, or operational improvement advice. Qualifications
Must haves:Strong understanding of LEAN and six sigma methodologies Understanding of optimizing administrative processes or production activities within a manufacturing or field site environment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in written and spoken English Preferred:3+ years experience in similar role Experience in change management and strategy development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry Ability to develop and implement production schedules effectively Proficiency in written and spoken Danish About the department
