About the role
We are looking for a Commissioning Site Lead to join our team of passionate engineering professionals. As a team, we are working on large-scale pharma facility projects where commissioning is a critical phase.
Why do we need you? We are expanding and need experienced professionals to lead on-site commissioning activities. Your role will be key in setting direction, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring successful execution of commissioning tasks.

As a Commissioning Site Lead, you’ll be:
- Leading daily morning meetings and coordinating site commissioning activities
- Acting as the on-site go-to person for troubleshooting and prioritizing tasks
- Handling the complexity of navigating the collaborating across disciplines including mechanical, electrical, automation, and facilities
- Ensuring alignment with commissioning managers and reporting progress
- Driving quality and compliance with industry standards and project requirements
- Supporting colleagues and fostering a collaborative site culture

The miles you’ve walked

- You have a degree in engineering – e.g., Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biochemistry, or Electrical Engineering
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning within pharma
- You have hands-on commissioning experience and thrive in a site-based role
- You have the right to work in Denmark (e.g., EU/EEA citizenship or a valid Danish work permit)
- You are fluent in English
