As a project manager in PS API MSAT Analytical Support, you will be driving projects supporting the laboratory processes in PS API. You will be responsible for driving novel analytical method transfers between early development CMC and API QC and analytical support. You will be coordinating state of the art analysis method strategies, method developments and service level agreements between organisations in .Your responsibilities include:• Execute complex cross-organisational projects in close collaboration with other experienced project managers, science experts and managers in both CMC, production sites, and MSAT analytical support• Organize analytical development activities performed in our laboratories or collaborating departments
• Create and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders using influential skills to drive results and facilitate change
• Use your analytical approach to breakdown complex challenges into manageable chunks and setup a project organisation that will ensure timely delivery of the benefitsYou will be part of the diverse Analytical Technology team of 8 people in MSAT Analytical Support, consisting of project managers, GlobalLims developers, a training responsible and a quality and cLEAN coordinator.Your new department
In CMC & Product Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.Within CMC & Product Supply sits our department, that focuses on providing analytical support to Manufacturing Science & Technology, license to operate, optimisation projects, and assisting with process and analytical development for new products, from fermentation to purified Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API). Our department of 68 colleagues is divided into four specialised teams, focusing on chemical, biochemical, biophysical, and characterisation analysis.Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you:
• Hold a master’s degree in chemistry or other related natural sciences
• Have minimum 2 years of experience as a project manager and combined 5 years of experience in a production or analysis environment in a GMP/GSP controlled pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrate expert analytical and problem-solving skills
• A goal-oriented mindset, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a positive and constructive attitude are essential
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office programs, and knowledge about Planisware will be consid-ered an advantageWorking at
