The Danish BioImaging Infrastructure (DBI-INFRA) is a multi-sited national research infrastructure that includes ten bioimaging facilities giving open access to a broad portfolio of bioimaging technologies; from clinical to single molecule imaging. The DBI-INFRA is the Danish node for the ERIC Euro-BioImaging. Funded by the Ministry for Higher Education and Research, DBI-INFRA implements and develops new open access bioimaging technology services to support life scientists across Denmark and Europe.

The DBI-INFRA Image Analysis Core Facility is part of the DBI-INFRA, and its main goal is to implement open access Image analysis services to support data extraction of the images generated in the DBI-INFRA bioimaging facilities.
