We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef to contribute to our kitchen team and elevate our culinary offerings. Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal menus that highlight fresh, local ingredients.
- Collaborate with the bar team to create food pairings for our craft beers and cocktails.
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative culinary techniques.
Your Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef in a similar role, preferably in a brew pub or gastropub setting.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional creativity and a passion for food and flavor.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in Danish and English is preferred.
