Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following tasks:
- Provide daily support via our web-based helpdesk platform, as well as phone and email, to Danish and international Microsoft Dynamics partners, who need help with troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and use of Continias banking solutions (Payment Management and Continia Banking).
- Reproduce reported issues and work with these together with our development team.
- Test new functionality in future releases.
- Document frequently asked questions and answers.
- Engage in continuous dialogue with solution specialists and the development team regarding technically demanding support cases and requests for new solution features.

- Experience in or understanding basic accounting or bookkeeping processes is an advantage. In particular the Account Payables area.
- A keen interest in testing new functionality and maintaining support articles.
- A genuine ability to work in a structured way and to handle multiple tasks and collect/convey requests and ideas for new product features.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating fluently and effectively in Danish and English.
- Strong, proven interpersonal skills are mandatory as you will engage with numerous internal and external stakeholders.
