Then this position might be for you.About the positionWe are looking for a strategic Senior Program Manager who will help define and deliver on our customer success initiatives to meet business goals. This is a key position within the Global Customer Success team, where you will be part of establishing the Customer Success function in our regions through strategies and initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.On top of that, your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and implement Customer Success programs aligned with business goals, focusing on improving onboarding, adoption, and retention.
  • Optimize customer engagement by designing and refining processes and tools that maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with regional Customer Success teams to align goals and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify customer challenges, develop solutions and improve overall experience.
  • Analyze customer insights and performance data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to regional teams, setting clear direction and measurable targets to ensure success.
  • Experience and Skills: We envision that you have experience with Customer Success and aligning customer engagement initiatives with overall business goals.You also have:
  • Experience in developing and implementing Customer Success Programs, processes, and tools
  • Good understanding of customer success principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in leading commercial initiatives and projects across global and local teams
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
  • Effective Communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
