We're expanding our service to the Norwegian market, and we’re looking for a proactive and energetic Operations Specialist to help us deliver exceptional service and scale operational excellence. As part of our team, you’ll collaborate closely with the Operations Manager for Norway and cross-functional teams in Copenhagen, Amsterdam, and Belgium. THE JOB
As our Operations Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of our contractor and driver operations in Norway. You will:
- Attract, onboard, manage, and retain a fleet of motivated drivers and contractors.
- Oversee daily operations across various Norwegian sites - expect some travel and early mornings at ramps.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, as well as adherence to company policies and service-level agreements.
- Drive quality assurance and performance tracking using KPIs.
- Deliver customer support and build strong long-term relationships.
- Lead continuous process improvement and support documentation efforts like SOP creation and system updates.
- Report to the Operations Manager and contribute to strategic initiatives, including scaling best practices across sites.

ABOUT YOU

- You speak Norwegian and English fluently - essential for smooth communication with our team, customers, and contractors.

- You don’t mind getting up early to visit ramps and manage teams on-site.
- You have a driver’s license and are comfortable traveling across locations.
- Bonus: Experience in logistics or transport, and team management is a big plus.
