At Kopenhagen Konsulting, we are in the process of building and expanding our AI capabilities. To support our existing team on this journey, we need a senior AI and technology leader who can help co-create our vision, define a go-to-market strategy, and identify key use cases where AI can create real business impact.
What we are looking for
We need someone with both a strategic mindset and hands-on experience – someone who understands the potential of AI, Machine Learning, and other emerging technologies but also knows how to execute and deliver complex technology projects.
This person should be able to see beyond the technology itself – focusing on how AI can drive real business value by addressing challenges at the intersection of people, processes, and tools.

What we are looking for

This person should be able to see beyond the technology itself – focusing on how AI can drive real business value by addressing challenges at the intersection of people, processes, and tools.
Key areas of focus
- Defining the AI strategy and vision: Co-develop a clear roadmap for AI at Kopenhagen Konsulting, including key use cases, target industries, and a structured go-to-market approach.
- Engaging with clients: Identify and build relationships with businesses that can benefit from AI, working closely with decision-makers to shape solutions. Leverage our existing offerings in Cyber Security, Risk, and Digital to create synergies across engagements.
- Structuring and delivering AI projects: Break down complex challenges into clear, actionable steps using structured frameworks such as CRISP-DM (Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) or the Double Diamond Model (Design Thinking).
- Exploring and validating use cases: Work with users and stakeholders to test hypotheses, validate solutions, and ensure business impact.
- Managing execution and delivery: Oversee AI initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes align with business goals.
What this role requires
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to define a vision and translate it into action.
- Hands-on experience leading and delivering AI and technology-driven projects – either in a leadership role (e.g., Engagement Lead) or in a technical role managing workstreams and deliverables.
- Ability to structure complex problems, break them down into actionable pieces, and execute in fast-paced environments with clear milestones and success criteria.
- A value-driven approach to AI – focusing on outcomes rather than just technology, ensuring that solutions address real business needs.
