As a Nordic Advocacy & Influence Manager in our Consumer Products Division, it is your role to drive the advocacy frame, brand initiatives, advocacy test-and-learn campaigns, keep the team updated with information and trends. You are genuinely interested in social conversations, influencer marketing & content. The role reports to a Senior Product Brand Manager.

You will…
Lead several brand advocacy initiatives to empower our customers to become vocal advocates for our brands, ex. Division loyalty program towards smaller influencers and multi-branded influencer collaborations Drive brand advocacy test-and-learn projects alongside Brand Advocacy & Influencer Managers and support them in the campaign execution to drive learnings and best practices Share insights and support the CPD advocacy tribe on boosted advocated media, impact of influence, tribes, advocacy formats that win, search-based advocacy initiatives and opportunities to be #1 in the beauty market Help drive advocacy content excellence for the division, analyze performance and drive learnings for coming projects/campaigns (formats, platforms, paid partnerships & boosted) Lead advocated creative measurement with Nordic CMI team through key content partners and bring insights outside of the group to inspire, upskill and innovate Keep track of the latest social platform, news, trends and techniques as needed to ensure on-going best practices for the division Drive innovation through innovative, test and learn approach and support the brand teams on new platform, formats and incremental targets Your profile...
You have at least 2-3 years of experience from a similar position You have experience within the influencer, communication and advocacy métier You have a good understanding of the Nordic media landscape (media experience is a plus) You have experience with multiple stakeholders and/or agency management You are proactive, result driven and passionate about your job and drive your projects from start to finish You have a hands-on approach and a drive that enables you to get things done You are creative and like innovation You are fluent in English and preferably in one of the Nordic languages We are looking for our new Nordic Advocacy & Influence Manager to start as soon as possible.
