Breakfast on several levels
As a breakfast chef, your most important task is to give our guests a good start to their day with a delicious breakfast. You do this by preparing delicious dishes and menus, as well as being our smiling and welcoming face to the outside world.
Your tasks will include:
We take pride in making sure you're always learning and growing. You will therefore be moving around, working with the buffet in our breakfast restaurant in the Brasserie, as well as working in our Executive Breakfast.
If you want to develop further, we are ready to support you with courses and training. There are always exciting opportunities at with our many hotels and hostels.
Interest in cooking and a strong desire to learn
Whether you are a skilled or unskilled chef is not the most important thing. Instead, it is your personality, your qualifications, and your enthusiasm for the work that make the difference for us.
We are looking for someone who is good at planning their work and who takes great pride in both working independently and in teams.
As you will be part of an international organization, you must be able to communicate in English with both guests and colleagues.
At the same time, you will become part of the , Copenhagen's largest hotel group. Here, we are one big family, where we take good care of each other and work together as a team.

- Preparing, cooking, and arranging food for our various breakfast buffets to a consistent standard
- Be the face of the kitchen in our Executive Breakfast
- Help out at buffets or make à la carte omelets in the Executive Breakfast
- Train and mentor students and interns
- Answer questions from guests about the food and ingredients
