Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior/midlevel designer to join our Experience Design team. We are looking for a designer who cares deeply about aesthetics, typography, composition and functionality. One who brings energy and vibe — preferably a person who would like to play their newly created spotify playlist on our Bluetooth speaker on a random Wednesday morning. We are looking for open minds who focus on finding the right solutions, no matter the problem. A designer who can work with ui’s, web design, art direction, communication and conceptualisation. A problem-solver who strive to create unforgettable and loveable digital experiences. A team playah!
Joining our design team
You will be part of our friendly and very creative design team of 17 people, all with different backgrounds and seniority. You will work with creating beautiful designs — be it design systems, visuals, brand refresh, concepts etc. You will get a chance to be part of all aspects of our design offerings and grow in the direction that is meaningful to you and us.
The work we do can be grouped into 3 types: Concept, Delivery and Maintenance.
When conceptualising it’s all about exploration, brainstorming, asking questions and being a part of the team working on a given pitch or a project. There will be opportunity to practice concept thinking, research, workshops, sketching, prototyping and brainstorming.
When delivering it’s all about bringing winning concepts to life. A close collaboration with UX, project management and development to handover pixel perfect designs for implementation and/or motion prototypes to explain how objects behave and move. Here you go deeper into tools and processes and really get a taste of how the scrum/sprint process works while learning the highest standards for UI and Interaction design.
In the Maintenance phase, we take care of our current projects. We have a lot of long-term partnerships where a designer needs to get close to the client's vision, status, brand, and design system. There is a continuous work of scaling and or improving features and enhancing the product/experience.
Qualifications
As a young designer, we expect you to have some consolidated skills within the industry of digital and graphic design. Some experience with design systems. Loads of experience with figma, adobe suite and curiosity about AI. Skills in motion design and video are a nice to have, but not a must. We expect you to have the burning desire to get your hands dirty with any type of project that could enrich you, and help you grow as person and a professional. Our wide range of projects, will allow you to develop your skills further and grow with the tasks we give you. Our senior muscle will guide you and make sure you stay on target while having fun.

- An education as a visual designer or a convincing portfolio
- Fluent in design software
- Familiar with design systems and UX thinking
- Service minded, curious and humble – ready to learn
- Thirsty for building a career
- Skills in motion design and video greatly appreciated but not a must
