As a Client Partner, you'll lead high-value client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and growth catalyst. You'll shape opportunities, drive innovation, and ensure our teams deeply understand the client's business-delivering solutions that create lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow client relationships worth 2-20M DKK in annual net revenue
- Act as a strategic partner-co-creating solutions, challenging client thinking, and guiding transformation
- Shape and convert opportunities by identifying client needs and translating them into actionable strategies
- Drive account expansion, client satisfaction, and long-term value creation
- Engage senior stakeholders with compelling ideas and measurable outcomes
- Ensure the broader organization understands the client's industry, challenges, and ambitions-enabling relevant and impactful delivery
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver business value, ensuring alignment with client goals and managing escalations when needed
- Manage commercial performance: contracts, pricing, forecasting, and profitability
- Develop and execute growth strategies and account plans
- Stay ahead of industry trends to proactively offer future-ready solutions
- Fluent in English and preferably Danish
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in digital consulting or agency environment
- Proven track record of growing client accounts and unlocking new revenue streams
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to shape opportunities from client challenges
- Commercially savvy with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability
- Skilled in account planning, business development, and stakeholder engagement
- Experienced in orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver client value
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented with a consistent focus on quality and results
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
