Annalect in brief
At Annalect, our mission is to create change for our customers through AI – especially Data Science. We work with large marketing budgets and help clients understand what really affects their business – when, how and to what extent. We are experts in evaluating media usage and calculating ROI across activities and consumption. As part of Media Group, we have an informal but ambitious culture where there is a short distance from idea to action. Our team consists of specialists in Machine Learning (ML), AI, statistical analysis and modelling. We are located at Midtermolen 3 in Copenhagen, close to the port, and work closely with our in-house developers, who work together with the Data Science team to develop the best solutions across customers.
About the role
As an Analytics Director, you will be responsible for both a portfolio of customers and 5-6 employees. You will have a central role in the development of our strategy and product portfolio, while leading your team and ensuring employee satisfaction and development.

You will be responsible for:
- Lead and further develop Annalect's strategy in close collaboration with the management team
- Take responsibility for employee management, including retention and development of your team
- Manage customer and project management from start to finish, with a focus on delivery and quality
- Contribute to product innovation and solutions across departments
- Transform data results into relevant and actionable insights for our customers

It is an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have:
- Experience with ML/AI, general analytics, coding, or modeling
- Experience from the media and/or consulting industry
