About the job

Working with Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) in Saxo, you will take part in our continuous efforts to fight financial crime globally by assessing risks and implementing controls to ensure our business is compliant with regulations in all the countries where Saxo operates.

The Financial Crime Prevention Program Management team is part of the 1st Line of defense and located in Saxo’s headquarters in Hellerup. We are a smaller international team with diverse backgrounds and responsibilities, and we are looking for new colleagues to join our team.

Are you interested in handling governance and risk tasks, and leading effective Senior Management meetings within a global Financial Crime Prevention program?

Joining the Programme Management team means becoming part of an informal yet professional and highly engaged culture, where collaboration, adaptability, and a focus on results drive success.

The role provides an excellent opportunity to take ownership of tasks and priorities while shaping responsibilities based on your knowledge, experience, and the organization’s evolving needs.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and keep track of progress and status on Internal Audit remarks and Compliance recommendations
  • Document the organization’s work with remarks and recommendations through meeting minutes etc.
  • Drive and facilitate the Client Approval and Compliance Committee
  • Maintain a comprehensive oversight of risks to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Support on project management tasks in the team, when needed

Your Profile

We are looking for a dedicated colleague to become part of our program of engaged and talented professionals - someone eager to take ownership and contribute to a wide range of tasks that drive our collective success.

The ideal candidate combines strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset and solid experience in risk management, including follow-up on compliance recommendations and audit remarks. Exceptional stakeholder management skills are essential to ensure smooth collaboration and progress on shared objectives. You also bring experience in presenting and reporting to senior management, supported by proficiency in project management and business reporting using Microsoft Office tools or similar platforms.

Fluency in English at a professional level, both written and spoken, is required, along with a relevant educational background and/or practical experience in risk management. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, value precision, and enjoy working closely with stakeholders to deliver meaningful results, this is your opportunity to make a difference.

We conduct interviews on a continuous basis, so please submit your application sooner rather than later.

We get curious people invested in the world

When you work at Saxo, you become a Saxonian and part of a purpose-driven organisation, where good ideas are always taken seriously, and where you can make a true impact. We are invested in your development, and you can expect a robust career from day one when you join Saxo – no matter which role you take on.

You will join 2,500 other ambitious colleagues across 15 countries and become part of an international organisation. Working in Saxo, you will get to meet colleagues from many different cultures and backgrounds, and you should know that we value diversity and inclusion and see it as a genuine source of strength to drive growth, foster innovation and position us for long-term success.

We encourage an open feedback culture and supportive team environments enabling employees to grow and fulfil their career aspirations.

When you bring passion, curiosity, drive and team spirit, your learning journey will be dynamic and your career opportunities in Saxo will be immense.

At Saxo we don’t just offer a job – we offer an opportunity to invest in your future!
