At Milestone, you will join a leading global provider of video management software and contribute to our 20+ years of continuous and global growth. We are implementing a new Product Operating Model to create clearer directions, improve flow, and support our ambition to work as a truly product-led organization with a strong focus on customer needs. To support this shift, we’re looking for a Process Excellence Manager who can remove obstacles, establish clarity in how we work, and ensure that teams and leaders have the conditions they need to succeed.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping Product & Tech Group adopt and operate within the new Product Operating Model. You’ll work with leaders, Product Trios, and teams to ensure that structures, workflows, and decision paths are clear and easy to navigate. A central task is identifying and removing organizational blockers, strengthening alignment across levels, and making sure Product Trios and teams have the right foundation to succeed.
You’ll turn everyday challenges into practical solutions, keep processes well-documented and easy to follow, and support people through change in a way that feels safe and collaborative. You’ll be monitoring progress through metrics, feedback, and ongoing learning, making sure improvements are both understood and sustained.
You will become part of our Process Excellence team, which consists of four Process Excellence Managers and two Agile Coaches. Together, we are responsible for how the Product & Tech group works across levels, roles, and disciplines. The team owns and maintains the Product Operating Model, ensuring that it supports our ambition to operate in a more product-led and customer-focused way. Our work is a mix of shaping clear structures, helping teams navigate them in practice, and making sure the way we work stays aligned, effective, and continually improving.

We’re looking for someone who’s naturally curious, people-focused, and motivated by helping others succeed. Someone who builds trust quickly and knows how to make complex topics clear and workable for the people involved.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Work analytically and can break down complex issues into clear actions At least five years of experience with change management and driving large-scale transformations in a software organization Have strong change-management skills and can guide people through new ways of working Know how to collaborate across functions and dissolve silos Understand agile ways of working and how to create focus and flow in teams Can design, refine, and roll out processes that are both structured and practical Communicate clearly and can get people onboard through dialogue rather than mandates Enjoy coaching leaders and teams to build confidence and ownership in new practices Balance long-term thinking with the ability to get things done Have a relevant degree (e.g., BSc or MSc in Business, Engineering, or related fields)
