SAMSØE SAMSØE is looking for a passionate Pattern Designer for our Pattern Design team to work with knit and jersey. You will become part of a fast growing, international fashion company, headquartered in Copenhagen.

Samsøe Samsøe dates back to 1993, when a small jewellery shop opened in Copenhagen’s Latin Quarter. The label soon expanded to include premium T-shirts and knitwear, primarily for men. In 2000, the current owners took over the brand, transforming it into an international fashion house focusing on contemporary clothes, footwear and accessories for men and women.
With a nod to its Scandinavian heritage, Samsøe Samsøe is defined by a wearable aesthetic that combines the utilitarian ease of Copenhagen street style with a quintessentially Scandinavian spirit. SAMSØE SAMSØE is looking for a passionate Pattern Designer for our Pattern Design team to work with knit and jersey. You will become part of a fast growing, international fashion company, headquartered in Copenhagen.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Construction and preparation of measurement schemes for both men and women
- Work with and develop patterns in Gerber CAD/CAM
- Tests and commenting of house models together with our design team
- Creating and updating measurement charts
- Detail drawings
- Construction of drawings in CLO 3D
- Various tasks in connection with the development of collections
- Closely collaborate with our knit/jersey design and production team
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a relevant degree of minimum 2 years
- Minimum 2 years of experience with knit and jersey.
- You can work alone and together with others in a team
- Have a curious mind and want to learn about production in a developing company
- Knowledge of Gerber CAD/CAM, KUBIX PLM and CLO 3D is not a requirement but an advantage.
- Can work in Illustrator and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English both verbally and written
