The role as Management assistant to the Senior Vice President for Buildings and Industry involves structured management of administrative operations and ensuring seamless coordination of company functions.
Your strong communication skills and professional demeanour will support the effective handling of media inquiries, public relations activities, internal messaging and updates of social media platforms aligned with communication strategies.
Key to thriving in this position is a systematic approach to forming action plans and a strategic method for improving workflow efficiency. You are highly skilled in maintaining organisation and attention to detail, enabling you to recognize potential hurdles and implement effective strategies. Your proficiency in examining data, refining processes, and responding adeptly to diverse situations promotes a smooth and productive workplace.

Furthermore, your key responsibilities will be:
- Act as a key liaison and contact point between executives, internal teams, media, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Manage communications including emails, calls, memos, media inquiries, interviews, and PR-related activities.
- Support internal and external communications, including writing, proofreading, newsletters, press releases, and media materials.
- Provide calendar, meeting, and travel management, including agendas, presentations, minutes, bookings, expenses, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate events, conferences, and corporate presentations end to end.
- Oversee document, records, and digital/social media management, ensuring alignment with communication strategies.
- Deliver project and problem-solving support, handling sensitive information with confidentiality and proactively anticipating needs.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in an administrative, HR, or operations role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of local employment laws and regulations.
- Fluent in English and Danish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work with a team, and complete tasks efficiently.
- Experience with internal or external communication tasks.
