We are looking for a Commission Analyst (maternity cover)
As a part of the Global Sales Operations department, you will ensure that the operational process is running smoothly as well as being the driving force behind the development of the commission program (processes, system, model, reporting, education, communication).

You will through collaboration with other teams in Milestone ensure that commission related tasks are carried out with precision and predictability, and you will interact with external vendors to secure quality deliveries regarding development of our commission tools.
You are an expert within own area, and able to work independently with a certain level of support and guidance.

Ensure correct commission calculation and payout. Be the trusted commission advisor for sales management in the regions as well as globally. Ensure Xactly Incent is always kept updated, with employee, commission data, as well as maintaining the set-up of Incent. Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly calculations, generating pay out files. Secure scalable solutions in commission processes, systems and tasks to continuously develop and improve the Sales Incentive Program. Facilitate training and education of the sales organization to ensure understanding of the commission program. Optimize and run our target setting methodology, process, and model. Extract data for commission analysis and built reports and dashboards in Xactly Analytics and Power BI. Ensure governance and compliance by providing clear guidelines or frameworks, and act as supporting function for the regions. Create analysis with clear recommendations making Milestone able to take data driven decisions regarding commission models, e.g. pay-out analysis, goal fulfillment analysis, etc. Responsible for the business requirements, testing, and user implementation of new commission models in Incent. Act as a data analyst for all commission-related data.

Strong attention to detail, data analysis, and data interpretation skills. Comfort working with large datasets, spotting trends, and identifying anomalies. Ability to calculate payouts and reconcile discrepancies for a global company that works in multiple currencies and has a variety of product lines that could be sold one time, over multiple years, and/or be a multi-year subscription based product sold annually. Effective communicator who is able to ask for help when needed, proactively collaborate with other teams and departments around the world, and handle sensitive/confidential conversations. At least 2 years experience with Xactly Incent. Advanced Excel capabilities (xlookup, pivot tables, nested formulas, refreshing an external data connection, etc.). Prior experience with Salesforce and/or BI Tools such as Power BI is considered an asset.
