About the Role
As a Senior Paid Social Specialist in our Copenhagen team, you’ll be responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns, developing strategies, and ensuring that each project delivers real results. You’ll work closely with the wider team to create innovative, performance-driven solutions for a range of B2B clients, while contributing to the evolution of our Paid Social offerings.

About the Role
As a Senior Paid Social Specialist in our Copenhagen team, you’ll be responsible for executing and optimizing campaigns, developing strategies, and ensuring that each project delivers real results. You’ll work closely with the wider team to create innovative, performance-driven solutions for a range of B2B clients, while contributing to the evolution of our Paid Social offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy development & execution: Lead Paid Social strategy for a portfolio of clients, ensuring all activities align with commercial objectives. You will create and execute channel plans and Paid Social roadmaps that directly contribute to business growth.
- Campaign management: Oversee the daily execution of campaigns, from budget allocation and pacing to creative testing and platform optimization. You will manage multiple platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Meta Ads Manager, ensuring high-quality, data-driven decisions are made.
- Optimization & reporting: Regularly monitor performance, run A/B tests, and refine campaigns based on real-time data, platform trends, and industry shifts. You’ll also be responsible for Weekly Insights, Monthly Reports, and Quarterly Deep Dives to improve performance.
- Collaboration & mentorship: Work closely with Paid Social leadership to help define the vision and roadmap for our product. You will share your expertise with the team, mentor junior specialists, and help elevate the quality of campaign execution.

Who we’re looking for
This role is ideal for someone who is performance-driven, enjoys building client relationships, and has a passion for growing brands through Paid Social channels.
While we don’t believe in rigid checklists, the following experience and expertise will set you up for success:
- Extensive Paid Social experience: Proven experience managing Paid Social campaigns using platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta Business Manager.
- Strategic thinking & execution: Ability to develop high-level strategies while remaining detail-oriented in execution. You are comfortable optimizing campaigns based on data and driving performance.
- Client relationship management: Experience managing and building relationships with clients, confidently handling expectations and communication.
- Innovation & problem solving: A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and solving challenges with the latest technologies and strategies.
- Team player & communicator: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to engage with internal teams and clients. You are a clear communicator, both written and verbally, and are comfortable presenting ideas and insights to stakeholders.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in both Danish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
