Your role in our team
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager with strong leadership skills and a solid background in IT. You will lead our IT Development team that consists of 9 talented employees with focus on creating an environment where craftsmanship, continuous learning, and delivery excellence thrive.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing people, building a strong agile team, team performance, and delivery execution. You will moreover play a key role in ensuring the team’s practices, way of working, and quality align with our goals.
Your ability to motivate teams and having a business mindset to create the right balance between cost, quality, and timeline, will be critical in driving a successful team.

- Be delivery oriented and have responsibility for estimates, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
