Team and Role

We learn and achieve success together. Operating in the aerospace, defense, and security sector, we support customers and partners worldwide. Within [xxxxx] Support & Services (TSS) Service Delivery, we manage and deliver after-sales activities including projects, service contracts, technical support, incident and problem resolving, warranty handling, spare parts delivery, repairs, training and onsite services.

You will join a team of two experienced Support Engineers who you will be working closely with. Your main area of responsibility will be managing tickets in our Support Desk System – ensuring each ticket is accurately completed with all necessary customer and service-level information. You will either provide the required technical support or escalate the ticket to the appropriate department for further handling. Additionally, you will support our commercial teams by offering technical advice to help optimize customer support. The Support Engineer role is part of the Knowledge and Innovation career path in [xxxxx].

How you will make a meaningful contribution

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging in customer dialogue and managing expectations
• Level 1 and 2 Technical support across a wide product range
• Administration and distribution of Service Desk Tickets
• Monitoring agreed service levels delivered to our customers
• Supporting the development of support functions, including tools, procedures, and implementation for new products
• Sharing lessons learned and implementing best practices in the daily work
• Functioning as liaison between the technical and commercial branches of [xxxxx]

There will be a steep learning curve, but you will quickly get to know our internal procedures and interfaces. You will run several tasks simultaneously, some independently, so you need to be able to prioritize. But you will have experienced colleagues ready to help you settle into the job and great opportunities for development.

Bring your world class expertise into play

You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague who:

• Has a technical educational background, such as Electronics Technician, Electronics Mechanic, Electrical Engineer, Biomedical Technician or similar would be optimal, but not mandatory
• Has experience with radar systems or similarly complex equipment and understands customer needs
• Masters Stakeholder Management and communication
• Possesses a structured mindset for data management and analysis
• Is proficient with service desk ticket systems, Linux is an advantage, but not mandatory

You understand the necessity and importance of coordination and follow-up to ensure that the activities are moving in the right direction and to ensure customer satisfaction.
